CR-06-0968.

4 So.3d 578 (2008)

William A. BARR v. STATE of Alabama.

Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama.

August 29, 2008.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William A. Barr, pro se.

Troy King, atty. gen., and Daniel W. Madison, asst. atty. gen., for appellee.

SHAW, Judge.

William A. Barr appeals the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., petition for postconviction relief, in which he attacked his October 7, 2001, conviction for intentional murder and his resulting sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. This Court affirmed Barr's conviction and sentence on direct appeal in an unpublished memorandum issued on October 18, 2002. See Barr v. State (No. CR-01-0615),
