The appellant, Aundra Marshall, was convicted of three counts of capital murder for murdering Clarence "Rick" Kile and Allison Kile during the course of a kidnapping and pursuant to one act or pursuant to one course of conduct, violations of §§ 13A-5-40(a)(1) and (a)(10), Ala.Code 1975.
