David Brunson ("the employee") was injured when he was struck by an automobile driven by Bobby Lucas ("the co-employee") while crossing the street from the parking lot of Georgia-Pacific Corporation ("the employer") to the employer's plant entrance to begin his shift on December 4, 2004.
