OPINION

Following a jury trial, Robert Lee Green III was convicted of two counts of felony furnishing alcohol to a person under the age of twenty-one, after the underage person drove while under the influence of the alcohol, resulting in a fatal accident that killed him and seriously injured two of his passengers.
