I. INTRODUCTION

The Aleut Corporation terminated the employment of its chief executive officer, Troy Johnson. Johnson challenged the termination, and the matter was submitted to binding arbitration as required by the employment contract, which contained a broad arbitration clause providing that "[a]ny and all disputes ... arising out of, relating in any way to or in connection with this Agreement and/or Executive...
