In September 2006 Exxon Mobil Corporation and Exxon Shipping Company (collectively "Exxon") entered into a Settlement Agreement with two seafood processors, Nautilus Marine Enterprises (Nautilus) and Cook Inlet Processing (Cook Inlet).
