OPINION

MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Christopher Scholes kidnapped a 15-year-old girl as she was walking along a path near a Juneau school. Scholes came up behind the girl and placed her in a choke-hold until she lost consciousness. When the girl regained consciousness and started to scream, Scholes threatened to kill her unless she remained quiet. Scholes then bound the girl with duct tape, carried her to his vehicle, drove her to his home, removed her clothing...
