Earle R. Pierce Jr. appeals his convictions on three counts of robbery, one count of theft, and one count of misdemeanor assault. He contends that his trial was tainted because the State was allowed to introduce evidence that a witness had identified Pierce as the perpetrator of one of the robberies.
