I. INTRODUCTION

This appeal arises from the 2008 valuation of a parcel of real property in Anchorage. Larry Varilek, the personal representative of the estate that owns the property, argues that the Board of Equalization overvalued the property. After reviewing the record, we affirm the superior court's decision upholding the Board's valuation.
