OPINION

MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Both of the defendants in these consolidated appeals entered into plea agreements with the State to resolve the criminal charges pending against them. In each case, the plea agreement called for the defendant to receive a sentence that included a partially suspended term of imprisonment and a concomitant period of probation (following the defendant's service of the non-suspended portion of their sentence).
