Interest holders in an oil and gas lease appealed to the superior court from three final agency decisions relating to the lease. The superior court affirmed the agency decisions and the interest holders separately appealed to us, arguing that: (1) they were wrongfully denied an agency hearing on the first agency decision; (2) the first agency decision is insufficient for appellate review and otherwise...
