I. INTRODUCTION

Elkam Barlow appeals a custody determination granting Tracy Thompson sole legal and primary physical custody of their daughter. Barlow argues that the superior court did not have jurisdiction to hear the case; that the judge impermissibly acted as "lay counsel" for the mother; that the court was biased against him; and that the court disregarded Thompson's alleged interference with Barlow's visitation...
