PER CURIAM.

Earl Lockhart ("Lockhart") appeals from a judgment of the superior court awarding punitive damages against him for his role as the recipient of a fraudulent conveyance. The judgment awarded Duane Draper, Michael Draper, Denise Gauthier, and Diane Baker (collectively "Draper") punitive damages of $24,000, prejudgment interest of $14,183.67, and attorney's fees of $4,320.
