I. INTRODUCTION

Dennis and Rebecca Powell divorced in December 2004. They jointly agreed to a proposed division of their assets and this division was incorporated in the superior court's decisions. Ten months after the divorce, Rebecca filed a Civil Rule 60(b) motion for relief from the property division. After conducting an evidentiary hearing, the superior court denied Rebecca's petition.
