[¶ 1] Appellant, Louis D. Cosco (Cosco), seeks review of an order of the district court that resolved the two civil actions he filed in that court, in favor of the Appellees. Cosco named several parties as Defendants/Appellees (as shown in the caption) but we will refer to them collectively as the Wyoming Department of Corrections (DOC). We will affirm.
