¶ 1 James Vincent Swanson appeals his judgment and sentence for his conviction of indecent exposure with sexual motivation, claiming that he was denied a fair trial because of prejudicial prosecutorial misconduct. In closing, the prosecutor misstated the law in arguing what the State was required to prove to convict Swanson of the crime.
