¶ 1 James Swaka appeals the trial court's decision to allow Alexandra Swaka to testify via Skype1 from Spain at a relocation trial. We hold that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in allowing remote testimony under CR 43(a)(1) and therefore affirm on that issue.
