The State appeals from the trial court's written order granting Appellee Jonathan Michael Munsey's motion to suppress evidence. The State argues that the trial court incorrectly applied Texas Transportation Code section 545.058(a) to the facts of the case and failed to recognize Munsey's traffic violation under Texas Transportation code section 545.101.
