In this appeal following a trial to the court without a jury, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. challenges the trial court's judgment in favor of Ray Robinson on his claims for wrongful foreclosure and breach of contract. In three issues, Wells Fargo contends the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the trial court's award of damages under either theory of recovery asserted by Robinson and there is no proper basis...
