Appellants filed this bill of review, seeking to set aside a default judgment that had allegedly voided property and contract rights owned by Fieldstone Mortgage. Appellants further alleged that they were the proper parties to sue for this relief by virtue of certain assignments by Fieldstone Mortgage.
