SA-OMAX 2007, L.P. appeals the trial court's judgment that it take nothing on its claims against Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London (Underwriters). Appellant brings two issues contending the trial court erred by (1) denying appellant's motion for summary judgment and (2) granting Underwriters' motion for summary judgment.
