Upon application of the Appellee, El Paso County (the "County"), the Appellant, Marta Martinez ("Martinez"), was permanently enjoined from using the El Paso County Law Library on April 14, 2005. Following the injunction, the trial court also dismissed her counterclaim and imposed monetary sanctions for frivolous pleadings.
