I. INTRODUCTION

Wesley Barron appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Cook Children's Health Care System ("CCHCS") and Cook Children's Physician Network ("CCPN") (collectively "Appellees"). In two issues, Barron contends that Texas Health and Safety Code section 161.134 applies to CCHCS and CCPN employees who are terminated for reporting violations of law and that she reported a "violation of law."
