Re: SOUTH CAROLINA ELECTRONIC FILING POLICIES AND GUIDELINES; Pilot Version-Common Pleas.

ORDER

Pursuant to Art. V., § 4 of the South Carolina Constitution, the attached Electronic Filing Policies and Guidelines are hereby adopted by this Court. These Policies and Guidelines will govern E-Filing during the Pilot Program hi the Court of Common Pleas, and will be effective upon the adoption of E-Filing on a county-by-county basis as set forth in future Administrative Orders of this Court.
