Jarod W. Tapp appeals his convictions for murder, criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, and first degree burglary. Tapp alleges the trial court erred in: (1) allowing the introduction of DNA evidence, (2) allowing expert testimony of a crime scene analyst and victimologist, (3) failing to grant a mistrial based on undisclosed exculpatory evidence, and (4) failing to grant a directed verdict at the close of the State's case.
