Andrew Dissinger (Student) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County (trial court) denying his request for a preliminary injunction. Student, a senior at Manheim Township High School, was suspended for 60 days in the last weeks of the school year, which deprived him of the ability to attend the high school commencement ceremony with the rest of his classmates. Student challenged his suspension from school as invalid...
