Petitioner Suzette Watkins (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board). The Board affirmed the decision of an Unemployment Compensation Referee (Referee) and denied Claimant unemployment compensation benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 For the reasons set forth below, we now vacate the Board's order and remand the matter...
