Irene Jackson (Jackson) appeals from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court), which granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of the Port Authority of Allegheny County (PAT) based upon the "jerk or jolt" doctrine and dismissed Jackson's Complaint against PAT for negligence.
