OPINION BY STEVENS, J.:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County on October 23, 2009, at which time Appellant Daniel Thuc Garang (hereinafter "Appellant") was sentenced to an aggregate term of thirteen (13) years nine (9) months to thirty-two (32) years in prison. Appellant's counsel also has filed a petition to withdraw and a brief under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738
