¶ 1 Station Operation, LLC, (Plaintiff) appeals from an order of the district court denying its motion to enter judgment for injunctive relief against Circle K Stores, Inc. (Defendant). Although Plaintiff asserts five assignments of error in its Petition in Error, the question presented is whether Plaintiff's acceptance of Defendant's offer of judgment pursuant to 12 O.S. Supp.2008 § 1101.1(B)1
