{¶ 1} Gay Marchant, individually and as the administrator of the estate of Adam Marchant, appeals a summary judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Richland County, Ohio, entered in favor of defendants-appellees Richland County and Michael Gouge, which dismissed her complaint for wrongful death. Appellant assigns three errors to the trial court:
