Proceeding by means of a notice of motion, the affidavit of Nancy Burner, Esq., sworn to on August 2, 2012, and other supporting papers, John Martin, Betty Martin and Nancy Burner, Esq., as cotrustees of the John Martin, Jr. Special Needs Trust, have moved for an order amending orders confirming court examiner reports for the reporting periods from 2005 to 2010.
