Margaret Furby and Diane M. Schoch (collectively the Furbys) appeal from an order of the district court for Nance County, which found in favor of Kendall B. Curry and Robin L. Curry in this boundary dispute action filed by the Currys under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 34-301 (Cum.Supp. 2012). On appeal, the Furbys assign error to the court's determination of the location of the boundary along the thread of the stream of the south channel...
