CARLTON, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Earnest Stribling appeals the Hinds County Circuit Court's decision granting summary judgment in favor of Stirling Properties Inc. and Rushing's Inc. (collectively, Rushing's). Finding no error, we affirm.
