¶ 1. Charlie Demeko Long was convicted of one count of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell and one count of sale of cocaine in the Circuit Court of Grenada County. Long was sentenced as a habitual offender to life imprisonment on each count, to be served consecutively in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
