Arrowhead Contracting, Inc., appeals the circuit court's denial of its motion to compel Weitz Company, LLC, to arbitrate the parties' contract dispute. Arrowhead contends Weitz entered into an express written agreement to resolve the dispute by arbitration and that Weitz now refuses to participate in arbitration.
