PER CURIAM.

Georgetown Mortgage Profit Sharing Trust appeals the trial court's judgment, entered upon a jury verdict in favor of Susan Lane for wrongful foreclosure. Lane cross-appeals, contending the trial court erred in refusing to award her pre-judgment interest.
