Anthony O'Neal ("Movant") appeals from the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. After a jury trial, Movant was convicted of one count of murder in the second degree, in violation of Section 565.021, RSMo (2000). He was sentenced to a term of life in prison.
