PER CURIAM.

Cynthia A. Blinker (Blinker) appeals from the trial court's denial of her motion for summary judgment following the trial court's judgment sustaining the Director of the Department of Revenue's (Director) suspension of Brinker's driving privileges for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
