Johnny Stidum ("Movant") appeals the motion court's denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.151 motion to set aside his convictions. Movant was convicted after a jury trial of first-degree robbery, armed criminal action, and second-degree robbery. Movant, who was charged with and found to be a persistent offender, was subsequently sentenced to serve concurrent terms of 20, 10, and 20 years...
