A jury convicted Eric L. Hopper ("Appellant") of second-degree murder in violation of section 565.0211 and abuse of a child in violation of section 568.060.2 Appellant was sentenced to two concurrent terms of twenty years' imprisonment. This appeal followed. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
