Dwight Clark appeals the judgment allowing the State of Missouri to recover incarceration costs under the Missouri Incarceration Reimbursement Act (MIRA). He argues that the Attorney General failed to meet the "good cause" prerequisite to bringing the action. The judgment is affirmed....
