A jury convicted Robert Benedict ("Appellant") of second-degree statutory rape in violation of section 566.0341 and second-degree statutory sodomy in violation of section 566.064. Appellant was sentenced to two concurrent terms of five years' imprisonment. This appeal followed. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
