Ronald N. Jaegers appeals the circuit court's judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. Jaegers pleaded guilty to aggravated stalking. In this appeal, Jaegers alleges the circuit court clearly erred in denying his motion without an evidentiary hearing because he alleged facts, which if true would entitle him to relief and which are not refuted by the record.
