The question presented in this case is whether the court of appeals erred in reversing the district court's vacation of a conciliation court judgment under Minnesota Rule of Civil Procedure 60.02(f) because the appellant consulted with an attorney before initiating the conciliation court action. We conclude that consultation with an attorney before initiating a conciliation court action does not automatically preclude vacation...
