Defendant pleaded no contest to one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC I), MCL 750.520b(1)(b)(ii) (sexual penetration and victim at least 13 but less than 16 years of age and related to the defendant). He was sentenced to a prison term of 15 to 40 years. Defendant appeals
