COMMONWEALTH v. PETE P., a juvenile.

The juvenile's application for further appellate review is denied without prejudice. The case is remanded to the Appeals Court for reconsideration in light of this court's recent decision in Commonwealth v. Humberto H., 466 Mass. 562 (2013). Any party aggrieved by the Appeals Court's decision on remand is free to apply for futher review at that time.
