Sunset Realty, Inc. appeals a judgment by the 4th Judicial District Court, Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana. The motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Larry Culp was granted, dismissing all the claims by Sunset Realty. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
