The plaintiff, Wilson J. Trahan, appeals a trial court judgment granting an involuntary dismissal of his suit for damages against the defendants, Acadiana Mall CMBS, LLC; ERMC III Property Management Company, LLC; and ERMC II, LP. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court judgment and remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
