In this personal injury case, the plaintiff/appellee, Michael Hammond, alleges that he was injured when a piece of the ceiling in the apartment he was renting from the defendant/appellant, Ison Rahsaana, fell on his head. After reviewing the record and applicable law, we affirm the judgment.
